Saturday Oct. 28th DW went as a spectator to Nickel Creek’s concert at the State Theater. After the band’s set, they invited Wilson to jam with them for fans on the sidewalk near the tour bus. The impromptu group sang and played for a crowd of happy fans. Highlights were versions of classics “Hop High,” “You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go”, “Tell It To Me” (drink cold liquor let the cocaine be), and Wilson’s “Sugar.”
